Philips CD-i game codes?

Hey all,

I finally got a CD-i machine and look forward to using it, but I'm having some problems. First thing I popped in was a movie - Top Gun, and it worked for about 10 minutes before locking up completely. Remote was ineffective, so I finally just turned it off and umplugged it. When it came back on I put in a game "mega Maze" and it played fora level or two before locking up and saying basically "clean your disk".

But I have a few other demo games that won't work at all, as they need a "code" to start. Voyeur, Joy of Sex (movie, game, instruction manual?) and one other that I can't think of need codes to start. Why? Is this a parental control thing and if so, how can I find out what the code for unlocking the machine is??

AAAARGH! This is why I don't post after 11:00 at night. My brain goes all fuzzy and I type out idiotic things like that. Looks like an edit is coming up.....

The standard code to start Voyeur is 3333, but if you once changed it you should reset the memory entry of Voyeur first. When you're player locks up after a while, probably the battery is empty!
