I have a nice-looking, working TI/99 4A system for sale. It has the speech synthesizer, 2 power supplies (in case you need an extra), one nice set of perfectly working joysticks, and another set of not working ones, but I think with some foil tape, they can be restored. I have a working RF box for it too (its not terribly pretty, but it does the job just fine!). Included are a bunch of games too:
