    Default RGB problems

I've got a SECAM region console that can only output in RGB format. And none of my TV's are capable of RGB except for my monitor which is PC-RGB so the plug is different. And our plasma TV is Secam compatible but not RGB compatible. does anyone know a solution?

I'm actually pretty sure this http://www.highway.net.au/parts/converters/2005.html would solve my problem but its over $100. there has to be a cheaper way

Your usage of the term "RGB" is making this hard for everyone.

When you refer to a "Secam" region console that can only output in "RGB format," are we to assume that the connector is a 21-pin RGB connector? If so, it's SCART, and all you need is a SCART to component (YbPrPb or whatever the shit they call it) converter. SCART is pretty common in Europe (and Australia, from what I understand) so it shouldn't be difficult to find one.

Furthermore, we have no idea what sort of input(s) your plasma TV can accept. That would help quite a bit.
