The Romantics are suing Activision, who had permission to do a cover of "What I Like About You" in Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s; apparantly the Romantics thought the cover sounded just like their original. They are also seeking an injunction against the game, which could result in the game being pulled from store shelves.

I can understand what they are getting at here but they should have let them know that they didn't want it to be close to the master track.

Or maybe they're pissed off this version sounds better than their original version. Which seems more likely.
