Baseball Stars 2 messed up?

So i downloaded it from the Virtual Console, and it is all fuzzy with lines going through it. Every other game on my system looks normal. This is the first Neo Geo game i have downloaded. Could it be that they do not play properly on HD tv's with componet cables in 480p? If so i want a refund. Is there a way to contact Nintendo about these kind of problems?

I play my Wii on a HD set with component cables, and the Neo Geo games I have (Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, and World Heroes) look fine.

I'm at work right now and so I can't get to Nintendo's site, but I'm pretty sure they have some sort of link on the Virtual Console section to email them for help.
