I need 7 more people for that challenge. it is a 30 day long challenge and the winner gets 8,000 MS points.

I believe you must be a US citizen though to be eligible for the prize.

edit: disregard, i've been a bit on edge about referral links lately due to an influx of them on a site i mod.

It's not a referal link.

Its a link to that specific contest. You need to be a member of that forum/service to signup but thats it. There is no referal that gets you anything on 360 voice like that.

I'd join Xmagxus if I was going to have my 360 past wednesday, but its going out for repairs so i'm not going to take someones slot who could compete.

Yeah this filled up, the day i launched it saw a surge of new people joining it and I ended up with 20 instead of the required 15.

I did use an alt account in it but mainly just to ensure I still had a fair chance (in case anyone used tons of easy games on the last few days to pass me I could at the very least use them right back against the person)
I also made a decision to not get ANY points the entire first week which is proving to be a big disadvantage cause one guy already has scored over 2,000 points! crazy!
