Default NES Pixels Issue -> New 72-Pin Connector?

I've had a NES system for years that doesn't show certain pixels on one location on the TV screen for every game that is being played. I was wondering if purchasing a new 72-pin connector would resolve this issue?

Free bump for you. I have the same problem with my NES. I just installed a new 72 pin connector and it is still doing the same thing. So to answer your question, no it wont help. I'm curious if there is an actual fix to this issue. Anyone...?

Looks like a mainboard that would fail an NTF2 memory test.

Remedy for this here at OSG is to replace the mainboard.
