Default Goldwell Computer Coloration Cart (Atari 2600?)

Found this mixed in with a large batch of computer/videogame stuff: a Goldwell Computer Coloration Cartridge. The case and edge connector are physically identical to an Atari 2600 cart, but it lacks the widgets that push the dust guard on the console out of the way. I kludged a way around that so I could try it in my 2600, but nothing happens. So I assume it's not really for a 2600 despite the similarities. Couldn't locate any info on 'Goldwell Computer' and I'm unaware of any computer that accepted 2600-style carts. Ideas?

This is going to sound strange but goldwell.com is a hair color company. Perhaps its for a proprietary computer which displays has color variations.

Yeah, I'd love to see more... I have some Lowry Organ carts that look just like 2600 carts too.
