I need a knee-jerk buying reaction (360)

I have about $25 worth of gc's to best buy that I have to use by today. I'm stuck between the orange box (on sale this week for $40) and beautiful katamari. Which one should I get?

Orange Box. Five excellent games for $40? If you like shooters, it's a no-brainer.

If you're not a shooter fan...then I guess you're back to the decision making process.

Orange Box for sure. Beautiful Katamari is not as good as the two earlier PS2 releases and it's double the price. It will also probably drop to $20 sooner rather than later.

Orange Box.

That is coming from probably DP's biggest Katamari fan. I love Katamari, but there's something about this one that gave it a nasty hump at first that was hard to get over. The music is good from the getgo, but what really irked me was the fact that the game does not give you access to all the levels from the start, YET THEY ARE ON THE DISC. To get the last 7 levels it forces you to buy them (basically adding another 17 bucks or so) to the games cost. Thats totally unacceptable in my book.

Orange box... lots of gaming there for $40. Katamari is too expensive, wait until it's $20 or less. I bought it for $15 used.

Geez, I didn't know that. I completely agree, this is terrible. When will companies learn that it is counterproductive to give gamers the feeling they get nickeled and dimed?

The online trend to get nickeled and dimed for additional armor, tracks, cars and whatelse not is disturbing as well. If it is not a serious expansion pack, EVERYTHING should be included in the game for ONE price. Everything else is bogus and just plain cheap.

I love me some Katamari, but I'm gonna have to agree with everyone else and vote for The Orange Box.

Katamari has some easy achievements, but you get 5 games with Orange Box - and all good ones, at that. What more needs to be said?
