Just a few items to report today.

GameCube Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes (complete) - This one probably snuck up on a lot of collectors. It's gotten pretty scarce and ever since MGS4 came in, there have been a lot of requests for it. Well, we've got ONE, now.

Saturn Shining Force III (complete) - I believe the first time this has been traded in at the store.

XBox 360 Command & Conquer Kane's Wrath (complete) - This is the sequel/expansion disc. I remember when it came out, I never ordered it for the store, and this is the first time I've seen it after all that time.

39.99!! Wow I'm glad I don't live where you live. Sold today in NJ (to a forum member, in fact) for 22.99.

    Onto today's items.

Nintendo Wii System (loose) - Seems familiar, doesn't it? Boy do we get a lot of these traded in, and yet I STILL have a hard time getting new ones. This is the strangest life span of a system I have ever seen, on either side of the retailer line.

Sega Genesis Boxed Lot (complete) - I wish I could remember specific titles. Rolling Thunder 3 stands out, Super Street Fighter and Lightening Force were among them. There were about 30 games in all but my partner had 'em all processed and priced before I could really take note. No complaints here.

Atari 2600 Lot (loose) - In two separate transactions, we picked up about 60 more loose 2600 carts. Not that we really NEED that, but there was one uncommon title among the trade-ins (King Kong) and at least a dozen games that weren't on our shelves already: Fire Fighter, Pitfall II, Journey Escape, and more that I just can't remember.

    Lots of interesting stuff today.

TurboGrafx-16 System (complete) - Complete and might I say, IMMACULATE condition, in the box and with all the individual plastic wrappers around everything. Even the TurboGrafx-16 logo itself still has that little plastic protective strip on it. Looks like it's been used once. Maybe twice.

TurboDuo Shape Shifter (complete) - traded in with the system above.
    TurboDuo Cosmic Fantasy 2 (complete)

Sega Saturn Japanese System (loose) - Perfect for import gaming!

Sega Saturn Import Game Lot (complete) - Interesting but not overly impressive stack of about 30 games. Most of the usual suspects were in there, the Virtua Cop games, Virtua Fighter, Fighters Megamix, Fire Pro Wrestling, Super Robot Wars, and a sealed copy of Reverthon.

Sega Mark III Game Lot (complete) - A stack of about a dozen Sega Mark III cartridges. These were mostly popular titles like After Burner and Space Harrier, a few sports games, and some interesting fringe titles lik Sukeban Deka II: Shoujo Tekkamen Densetsu, Haja no Fuuin, and Kenseiden.

PS3 Metal Gear Solid IV Collector's Edition (complete) - First time I've seen it, first time traded in. The Collector's Edition has a blu-ray with "making of" video and also a soundtrack CD packaged with the game in a nice sturdy outer cardboard box.

That IS a very interesting trade in lineup.

Wow, it still has the protective plastic on the logo? That has to be worth something.

He traded in CD games with no CD drive? Both of those are good titles, but a bit hard.

It's Saturday again! You know that that means.

Dreamcast Game Lot (complete) - Two separate trade-ins yielded a small pile of really interesting titles, including Tech Romancer, Bangai-o, Record of Lodoss War, Skies of Arcadia, Gundam Side Story, and Seaman (in box w/mic).

    PS1 Dragon Warrior VII (complete)

PS1 Einhander (complete) - Everyone loves this SquareSoft shooter.

    PS1 Grandia (complete)

Genesis Game Lot (loose) - Some of the unusual stuff traded in today: Gunstar Heroes, Shadowrun, Gaiares, ToeJam & Earl, Crusader of Centy, Phantasy Star III, Warsong, Shining Force, and Pirates! Gold.

    Super NES Game Lot
(loose) - From the same guy who brought the loose Genesis games, an excellent selection including Secret of Mana, Soul Blazer, Uncharted Waters and UW: New Horizons, Mega Man Soccer, Shadowrun, Romance of the Three Kingdoms 2, 3, and 4, Paladin's Quest, Zelda LttP, Lufia and Lufia 2, Robotrek, Breath of Fire and Breath 2. PTO and PTO2, Final Fantasy 2 and more.

PSP Princess Crown (complete) - An import that really should have been released here. Princess Crown was released in Japan on the Saturn and its sequel, Odin Sphere, was the first glimpse of the game US audiences got.

    Saturn Sonic Jam (complete)

    Sega CD Sonic CD (complete)

500 Super Famicom Games (loose) - Yes, you read that right. Approximately 500 Super Fami Games. Mostly common stuff and plenty of duplicates, this is going to keep me busy on eBay when things slow down after the summer. What is it with all of the imports lately?

People getting sick of trying to list stuff on eBay, and apparently you're building a reputation as the guy to go to! Hooray!

    Unintentional hilarity alert.

"Wow! Thousands of nickels. Can you count all the 1969-S pieces as soon as it's convenient?"

Joe did say that he'd get to it as soon as he had time...I'm sure he's got other things on his mind right now.

Just two quick items to report on Sunday, what I always consider a "wild card" of a day: sometimes nothing to report, other times amazing stuff. Today, sort of in the middle.

PS1 Castlevania Symphony of the Night
(sealed) - It's that bit in parenthesis that makes this notable. It IS the greatest hits version, however. Still, some sealed games guy is gonna want this regardless.

Commodore 64 System + 1541 Drive (loose) - Working nicely, this system always brings me back to my early college days. Those years that filled in "the crash" and the rebirth of home consoles (NES). Those were good years.

    Tuesday.

SNES Games Lot (loose) - Though many came with manuals, we don't sell them with manuals. That leaves me with a LOT of extra manuals, I need to do something about that. Anyway, two separate trade-ins today of SNES games, the more interesting from a woman who referred to the owner (presumably her son) as a college student. I'm guessing the kid is out of college now. Among some 30 loose carts included Super Mario Kart, Super Mario RPG, Super Mario All-Stars, Mortal Kombat 1-3, and Donkey Kong Country 1-3.

PS2 Document of Metal Gear Solid 2 (complete) - Ah, remember how this was traded in earlier this year? Well I kept that one, so this one is on the shelf!

PS2 Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance (complete) - Once considered "rare", I can honestly verify from personal experience that it isn't. It's not common, but it's not rare. Do not pay more than 20 bucks for it. Still, cool enough to mention if not just to give you that snippet of advice.

XBox Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (complete) - It doesn't look very nice on the 360 but there's still a demand for this one. Perfect condition, stashed away until the previous MvsC2 gets sold from our case.

    Dreamcast Skies of Arcadia (complete)

    PS1 DDR (original, complete)

PS1 Bust-a-Groove (loose) - SO cool to see this again but sadly loose. Still, guaranteed to make some rhythm gamer very happy.

This would be my guess. If I was near, I'd fill up my trunk and head over.

Always meant to ask about that too. I like to have the game (duh) and the manuals, but don't want any boxes, because I simply don't have the room. Much rather get a bunch of manuals from the store than get hosed on ebay for shipping.
