Huh? Either way it belongs in the eBay forum...why bump this 4 year-old (unrelated) thread? The guy who started it isn't even an active member.
Anyway...that seller has been trying to sell that Atlantis II forever. Too bad he's asking five to ten times what it's worth.

Moved to the ebay forum
I'm curious. You say he's asking 5-10 times its value, so does that mean the last one went for around $1500?
Yeah sorry about that, thanks for getting it moved. I find the story behind this game fascinating!
could be counterfeit. i would stay away
not a fake but not worth 10k
I'd vouch for it as it was my cart previously. Not sure what happened to the seller he immediately purchased a 2nd Atlantis II which was on ebay at the same time and then started posting these ridiculous auctions. The cart he continues to auction was the one I found a few years ago mixed in a lot of commons and included a T-handle Condor Attack which I won for about $10. I think that was my ebay find of a lifetime!
The seller has serious issues. Go to Atariage if you care to see them in detail. He has a thread where he compares his Atlantis II favorably over having a girlfriend. Says he will be famous and known forever as the owner of this legendary game and plans to sell it for 2 million dollars. He has toned it down a bit these past few months after getting bashed and or laughed at by other board members but the old threads are there if you want to see them. He would often try to turn ANY conversation into that of Atlantis II.
