Default N64 - Complete vs. Sealed Games

what is typically the difference in value between a regular complete in box n64 game and a new/sealed one? 50% more? 100% more?

I have next to no experience buying N64 games....

Very true. The rare games will still get you a good price cartridge only(like Starcraft). But the common ones like sports games: the cartridge will get you a few dollars at best and a factory sealed copy might get you $5-8.
