The sleeve that came with the magazine subscription was a plain white one, but the one on the newstands is the slim-style clear dvd case.

You can find them on ebay very easily. Just got to the xbox video game category and type in demo disc or magazine demos.

Yeah, I found 1 on Ebay for $9.99. There`s probably more on there. I just don`t know where to start looking by me. I don`t know who carries them anymore.
