Default Odyssey II, TV connector help

I picked up an Odyssey II lot recently. The system is in good shape, except the TV connector is incomplete. The wire is attatched to the system itself, at the end of the wire is a small metal rod that looks like it needs to plug in to something. I had an old game/tv switch box but it was incompatible.
Whats the best way to get this thing going?

    Thanks,

There are 2 models of the Odyssey 2. One has a regular RF connector, and there is the one you have. You're missing the original tv switch box that is needed to play. It's the only tv switch box that fits that weird connector.

You have another option though, you can open up the odyssey 2, unplug the original cable, and install a regular RF cable with a coaxial adapter. That's what I did on on one of my odyssey 2's.

Here is a picture of what the original switch box looked like. This is what you need if you don't want to change the original cord like I did.

Exactly how complicated an operation is this?

It's very simple. The original cable is simply plugged into the main board. Just unplug and replace.

You can use one of the colecovision rf cables or anything similar. You can also just a buy a new rf cable. Remember to get a coaxial adapter with it.

    Default Success!

I used an RF switch from an Intellivision. Works fantastic. Thanks for the help!
