Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

Do you have a separate list for demos? I have quite a few demos that I could double check on.
Also, there are made in Mexico and made in Singapore variants for some games. Cardboard and thin line dvd cases for OXBM demos and pack in variations.
I also remember there is something like four version of Halo. Three different for GOTY edition. Holo, non holo, pack in.

Its ashame Richard Burns Rally never made it out here. Was announced one week for release in two weeks, and killed a week before the release by Ignition Entertainment, who had picked up the rights to publish it in North America.
variants on xbox are going to be kind of a bitch. All of the games up until a certain point have a "not for resale" version for MS employees. I don't know how many were made for each title, but it's not a whole lot. My recomendation is to avoid 'em. There are hundreds of them.
Not sure if I missed it but I didnt see:
spongebob squarepants: the movie
Should be 1 of 3 spongebob games for xbox

By inserts variants do you mean for the normal version of Robotech, or the Robotech LE version?
Also by variants do you mean, the artwork around the case?, or the box?, or the contents that are in the box?(not artwork on case)
What all does the LE version come with? Just in case i find it, and want to buy a complete version.
From what I remember (300 miles from my copy) a T-shirt, Dog Tags, Soundtrack, Postcards and the game. I believe the game is the standard release, don't quote me on that.
I had a question about the Project Gotham Racing 2/XBOX Live Arcade Combo Microsoft. What was included in it? Was it just the case and manual or did it have a slip cover? It just looks so weird to me.
PGR 2/XBLA Combo came in a double disc case. One Disc for each title. Also, each title is advertised on either side of the box like Star Wars/Tetris. Unlike the Forza/XBL pack in that came with both titles on one disc, a manual for Forza, only a small mention of XBLA on the front of the insert and a regular Forza back without UPC of course.
Also, every used copy of PGR 2/XBLA I have ever seen does not include an instruction manual. Only a manual for an Xbox Communicator. I do not know how it came new so I can not confirm that it never had a manual. I can say I have looked through around ten used copies.
Since this can usually be had cheap, it is nice to pick this up for the case. Can be used to separate two discs that came in one case such as TOCAPRD2/CMR04.Or, a replacement for a two disc case.
That's correct, it only came with a Xbox Live instruction manual, I got this new buying a Xbox Live headset and subscription about two years ago now. No PGR2 manual or XBLA manual.
I'm not a collector, just a gamer. Up to about 70 Xbox titles now, I suspect when I reach the point where theres nothing further for the system I want, it will be around 100 titles.
Ok cool, thanks, I can live without the communicator insert, for now... It bugs me when I get the game home and think I am missing something. Like my Marvel vs Capcom 2 that I picked up for $5 I open it up pull the instruction manual out to find it is a single piece of folded paper. Who loses the guts of an instruction manual?
And I just recently started collection for the box at 120+ games. I am actually cleaning GS/EB stickers of of cases right now.
What Pal and Japanese exclusives exist? And how close are we getting to a complete list with all variants are we? I compared my collection and didn't notice anything missing, but at 120+ games it doesn't surprise me.
And I all I missed from the Robotech LE was lenticular art and a serial number.
Actually, there list was missing quite a few as well, including:
Outlaw Golf: 9 Holes of Xmas
Outlaw Golf: 9 More Holes of Xmas
Outlaw Golf: Holiday Golf
Outlaw Volleyball: Red Hot
Real World Golf
State of Emergency
Steel Battalion
Steel Battalion: Line of Contact
Stolen
In another thread, Spartacus indicated that there were "873 unique NTSC games". Does anyone else have any input as whether this is the correct number?
