I wonder if there's some traumatized kid out there who saw this game in the store, subsequently begged his parents for it, scrimped and saved half of the $200 price, promised that it would be the only game he asked for all year, and then brought it home... That's got to be disappointment of the same magnitude as the Star Wars Holiday Special.

Judging from other reviews out there, I have the impression that some of the supposedly non-functional games will work in an emulator.

yeah he did do an emulator. Also he did the sega one but fucked that up by getting drunk with his GF and recording it...with a cam corder... Also Rob isn't partnered so he's alot more vulgar like just calling things retarded, ya know just a lot more...can't think of the words...dirty?

I think I mentioned this before but I owned the Genesis version of Action 52 when it came out. It's hundreds of times better than the NES version- a couple are actually FUN- but still terrible compared to other Genesis games.

I watched some videos of this SilentRob guy at the behest of this thread and holy christ, he is awful. Not *quite* as bad as the GAME DUDE but the videos were cringe-worthy awful in every respect.

He has the same problem as GAEM DUDE where he feels the need to say "fuck" every third word. I love me some creative cussing, but SilentRob's just lazy. He doesn't really have any insightful comments or jokes, just "Fuck, this fucking game is fucking awful" or "Shit, I can't explain how bad this fucking game is." I guess that's entertaining if you have the mentality of a middle schooler, but not for anyone who's ever seen the Nerd or the very few other worthy video makers (or anyone with a room temperature IQ).

Alfredo and the Fettucini works on an emulator (I think on some older NES systems too actually)

Someone made a Flash version of it too but it's deleted from newgrounds it seems...
