Im such a nerd Ive downloaded all his episodes and some other non-official nerd videos with him and mike.
I've done that on my ipad and yes, I've gave his videos many many views in the past so I don't feel bad for doing it (although it's frowned upon).
Note: As of 12:46pm EST his channel is back up.

Nah, the Jag CD video is great. Highlander looks to be a great "get the shit beat out of you" simulation.
Spoony already reviewed it in greater detail ages ago. Apparently he's really into the Highlander films which is why he reviewed this game, though the game has little to do with the movies at all.

I quit watching Spoony years ago after I watched a couple of vlog type videos he did where he seemed pretty depressed and disturbed.
I quit watching him after seeing parts of the video that was just posted.
Man did you miss out on the drama then.
I haven't watched his videos in a very long time either, he's a decent reviewer but he's got more drama in him than a Mexican soap opera.

I barely watch Spoony videos as most of them aren't reviews anymore, they're mostly like Vlogs which run for 40 minutes at a time. Most of his recent reviews aren't as good as his early ones either, it's like the better his equipment got the worse the content turned out. His characters he plays in costumes really suck too. That Highlander review was from over 2 years ago so it's not like it's recent.
Still I check the reviews out if I've already seen everything else, there's not really as much new content put out by the people I normally regularly check out. Then there's the drama Kitsune Sniper mentioned where Spoony was kicked out of Channel Awesome for some type of rape joke directed at one of the female reviewers there, plus a stack of other stuff he did.
Spoony is one interesting person, no doubt. He's admitted that he has some mental health issues in addition to the physical issues that become more and more apparent as you see him over the years. I honestly think he has problems keeping his character out of his actual life. He's a drama fountain, and I detest drama fountains. God help you if you have a legitimate, constructive complaint about his recent reviews. He'll just lapse into babbling and being "edgy" by saying his fans are all idiots.
I like spoonys stuff and still watch his older stuff all the time. Like others I rarely watch the new stuff other than FF13 which he just started.
Can someone explain the drama about channel awesome a little more in depth? I completely missed it.
He made a joke about tying one of the female contributors of Channel Awesome up and abusing her. When he was asked to apologize, he refused and made fun of them as well.
He has serious mental health issues, combined with delusions of grandeur. Like I said, I don't think he can keep his character and actual personality separate.
