If your TV supports RF, then yes, you could hook it up. Remember that you have to tune your TV to channel 95 or 96 for it to work.

The Japanese AC adapter will work just fine.

You can do an AV mod for it, do a Google, there's plenty of results. It'll give you way better results than RF. You can use a model 1 Genesis power supply too, it's probably easier to find than the original AC adapter.

You could use a RF to composite adapter, I suppose (a VCR?).

I hear that some TVs that do have RF inputs nowadays may not even make you scan to channel 95 or 96. The tuners are pretty smart and may just take the signal. I've got an ancient 1983 TV that still works great (I'm lucky it's even cable-ready) and I have to adjust the fine tuning to get the pic right in RF. So, I just did a AV mod.
