Default NEW GENUINE N64 analog stick replacements!!!!!!

I just completed repairing 9 N64 controllers that suffered the loose analog stick issue. I did it for a game store I do regular business with. The store owner supplied me with 20 BRAND NEW NEVER USED N64 analog stick modules. He's being cagey about it, but I think he's going to tell me how I can obtain them too.

If I can obtain these, the first 4 are MINE. I'm hoping to get my hands on as many as I can/can afford.

Interest check here! Post how many you would want, if they are reasonably cheap. If turns out to be a wholesaler that you can simply order from, I will post the info. Otherwise (if it's some sort of backchannel supply) help me decide how many to get. For my business alone, I can likely easily take 100+.

I figure some DP members could find a good use for thse little buggers.

    How many?

Thats pretty cool. How hard is it to replace the analog module? If you can get them in bulk that would be great. I am sure the need for these will skyrocket down the road....when it isn't possible to get a new n64 stick. Sort of like the repair kits for the 5200 joysticks.

It's easy. Take back off of controller. Remove 3 screws holding module, unplug and pull module. replace, and reverse instructions.

You can't buy new N64 first party controllers round these parts, anywhere. Haven't been able to for close to a year now. Third party only. The game store owner got these sticks, becuase the demand for 1st party N64 was strong. These 9 won't last the week, if they make it to the display. I think his staff my suck 'em all up.

I would love to have one for my Extreme Green controller. THe old one was very loose on left/right and was making loud crunching noise. Some piece of plastic seems to have broken off inside the stick module.

I do have a hardly used black and a blue one in decent shape as well as a limited edition gold.
Another day, another dollar... wake me when it's payday.

    BUMP.

I've secured a supply. They aren't online, but I'm willing to let 'em go to DP'ers for cost plus actual ship, (cost =$5.32USD). Helps me make a substantial order so my supplier will keep them in stock.
