Looking for some SNES stuff, Trade List Inside

I am looking for a few things for the Super Nintendo and some other random stuff.
- Earthbound Strategy Guide (The one that came with the game in mint condition)
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time
- Super Mario Kart
- Tetris / Dr. Mario combo cartridge
- Styrofoam from a Super Nintendo Box. (Preferably from the Donkey Kong set)
- A Famicom XX in one cartridge
