not video game related but help is needed

i cant even find the link anywhere really accessible but here goes..........

i sold a set of untested headlights on ebay for a honda civic. they sold for $94 to a guy in kansas, or oklahoma. i shipped them parcel post for $17 and insured them for $100. i didn't get delivery confirmation. so i'm really unsure of what to think. i shipped them out almost a month ago and the guy still says he hasn't gotten them, and hes acting real funny about it. i can file a lost package 30 days after the item was shipped, but can they find out if it was ever delivered? i really hate to go to the post office and act like a dick only to find out that this stuff was delivered.

upside to the situation, i never leave feedback for people until they do so to me. he sent me a MO so no need to worry about him hastling me with paypal. i have the receipt and insurance card to prove it was all sent accordingly.

i just need to know if the post office knows whether it was shipped or not. any help is appreciated.

we get insurance and delivery confirmation for this purpose, even though almost every time a different postal employee tries to tell me this is redundent and I have to tell THEM that insurance is not trackackable by non postal employees.
So yeah, you have to go to the post office, they should be able to track it and I believe see if it was delivered.

amazingly enough the guy emailed me today and said they showed up.......and i really did gasp when i got the email
