I'm familiar with the Wii, so I'll start the list off with:
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Mario Kart
Wii Fit
How about for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, DS, and PSP? Any huge games coming up?

Grand Theft Auto IV for XBOX 360 and PS3 will be huge, even though I have just lost interest in it as of late.
GTAIV...especially with LIVE and PSN in effect and 12 ONLINE MODES! What sucks is I predict a LIVE crash when it comes out
Metal Gear Solid 4 - no brainer
Too Human
Final Fantasy XIII - if it does come out this year.
Gran Turismo 5 Prologue

I think that obscure "Madden" franchise has some sleeper potential.
bah madden is always same crap to me every year but I buy it anyway for office leagues.

And I think the 360 version of GTA IV will sell better than the PS3 version.
And as much as I love Ninja Gaiden, and want Gaiden 2 to sell well, alot of people don't like the franchise because of it's notorious difficulty level.
