Nintendo is releasing a new Wii-white Gamecube controller later on this month in Japan. Pretty swank looking.

My only gripe is that it's not a Wavebird.

That does look pretty cool. Even though I think Apple ruined the color white. That would be awesome if it was a Wavebird. I haven't even found ONE yet. Let alone four.
Oooh! A corded controller. Welcome to 2001.
Nintendo just needs to bring back the Wavebird and be done with it.

I like the Wavebird and all, but I still perfer the wired one due to its having rumble.
But yeah, the controller looks sweet.

looks like it will get grungy real quick to me. Like every PSOne controller I've ever seen.
Looks cool, it would match the color of the Wii. But like everyone said, bring on the Wavebirds.
Honestly Nintendo, why did you do this???
I prefer wired controllers myself, but since those are still for sale I wouldn't mind seeing a new Wavebird model. They claimed they lost the mold. Well, for $10 I will let them borrow mine and make a mold of it.

My question is, why? Are the remote and numchuck so bad that they have to bring back the gamecube controller?
SEGA!
Yeah - I'm kinda over this "white console and accessories" thing.
My 360's controller gets so much play, it's almost brown from where I hold it, constantly. And the triggers have about 3 layers of skin oil and dirt that collects really quickly. And before I got my Wiimote condoms, those things were caked with dirt. My Wii, itself, just collects dust...
