Default Help with connecting 360 to live wirelessly Mac Problem?

After almost 2 hours of trying many things and searching online, I am at a loss...

I am trying to connect my 360 to Live using the 360 wireless adapter.
    I have Comcast cable internet.

My mac book is connected to the Dlink wireless router.
My macbook can get on the internet, but my 360 can not get onto Live.
I keep getting a IP problem when I test my settings in network settings on my 360.
The green light is lit on the 360 wireless adapter.

Anyone have any suggestions? Is this a Mac problem?

I despise calling Xbox support, I can never understand the person on the other end with the thick accent. But, I will probably will if I get anything resolved with this thread.

    Thanks for the help!

It sounds like there is a problem with your network settings on the Xbox. I doubt it has anything to do with your Mac. Can you be more specific about the "IP problem"? Are you using DHCP or static addresses?

Try re-entering the WEP/WPA key - I've seen it sometimes where you can sorta connect but not have full connectivity with an incorrect key.

Also have you tried it wired yet?

I should have added that the 360 is able to find my apple network.

I have tried it wired = doesnt work either
I believe the default WEP/WPA key for my dlink router is 0000000000. So that is what I entered on the 360. That key is what it reads when I log into my router.

Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help.

Yes, When I go into network settings on the 360 and test the XBox live connection, it never gets passed the IP section. It always says error.

I am using DHCP, I believe. It is what Microsoft recommends to connect

    Thanks for the help. Suggestions?

Personally, I just assigned the 360 a static IP and tossed it in the DMZ. If you don't mind it being outside the firewall, might be worth a shot just to get you running.
