Splatterhouse for the NES?

I was perusing ebay and noticed this. I know that there was a version of Splatterhouse where the characters are deformed and it is comical, but I thought it was just a famicom release. So, do you think someone just put it in a NES cart then created a label or somehow this is real? I don't think it is real, but would want some feedback about it.

Also, I'm not sure whether I should be posting this here instead of Everything Ebay, but it's not really about buying the game just the game itself.

Yeah, definitely a repro. It's a pretty nice looking one, though. I wouldn't mind having one.
