    Default N64 store display

Hello, just looking to see what the value would be on this monster. It is for sale locally and turns out is the exact one I played when the system first came out so I kinda want to jump on it. Would like a few opinions though. Sorry for the poor picture quality, it's all I have for now.

It's kinda hard to say. But I would pay $100 for it.

I'd say at maximum I'd try 250$, but if your really desperate 300$ (doubting it though) would be the extreme. Still I agree start in 100$ range.

I want to say that was on Ebay just a few days ago. I think they wanted like $250 starting bid, which I might have paid if it were local.

If you are going to throw him an offer, start low around $80. That way you can always throw him a higher one later. If he really just wants to get rid of it, he may not be trying to get all he can for it.

I just searched and yes that was the same one heh, didn't know it was up there. The seller is still asking $250, but it was $400 a while back, and then $300 so I'm sure he would be willing to make a better deal.

    Default hmmm...

Many people have gotten really good deals on these store displays and I think that there is too much low-balling of their value. The picture is a little rough but for me it would depend on the TV/or monitor which I cannot make out in the picture. I would say that with any TV at all it you should offer $200. You could try lower but I would not consider it a fair offer. Also if you really want it to waste time haggling over $50 bucks, someone else might beat you to it. You may not find another any time soon...

I find my floor display gets very little use but it is a great item for a game room...

I would kill for a Nintendo 64 display, but I just have a PSX one, still pretty sweet for the game room!

I agree. I wouldn't bother with a lowball offer of $80. The unit is clearly worth more than that, despite the poor quality picture. An offer that low and he may very well just push you aside.

Realize that he wants $250 and can't get it. He knows this, but is probably going to be hesitant to drop it too much more.

I think $150 would be a reasonable starting offer.
