    Default Replacing Sega CD cases?

Today at a flea market I found a copy of Vay for $10. It came in the original case and had a manual. Its actually in good condition, except for that the case has no front cover.

I'm wondering if its possible to get a replacement case, or will I have to strip a Sports game?

I'll break the news to Joe Montana... Actually if you stumble across certain old Playstation/Saturn longboxes, those can suffice too.
