Default 2 Astro city cabinets in Canada (pictures inside)

This is basicly a copy & paste from my add on klov.com (please don't flag me for that) ^_^
    I know i'm lazy!

Located In the good Ol Montreal Quebec Region!

    Pictures are there ,
(will send video if needed aswell)

    Reduced price for 850$

Both machine works , good condition

1 machine needs a cap kit (wow what a shocker)
Pincushion Issue , (been told easy fix)
Too much of a Wussy to discharge my monitor.

the other Machine plays flawless i don't see nothing wrong with it.

    No screen burn visible
    on both monitors.

both machines are bright & super crisp
No faded colors what so ever.

    PM IS THE KEY

What is it? I've never seen an arcade machine like it.

it looks to have the japanese style of arcade cab which are pretty cool, usually a bit shorter and made of molded white plastic. from the pictures ive seen most japanese arcades have stools infront of all the cabs due to their shorter height. Correct me if i'm wrong on this stuff.
For lucky best wash, use Mr. Sparkle.

They are what it says, Sega Astro City cabinets. The style is commonly referred to as a candy cab. Stools are pretty much required, unless you want to play while sitting on your knees Nice price for 2 great cabs.

    MrSparkle & madman77 are right

    It's a Japanese cabinet

I believe it's the best machines Ever made or produced , for 3 things ,

Looks good , Has a 29'' but doesn't weight 400 pounds & mesure 6 feet tall, Easy to move!

    A Stool Is Really require
but it's always better to play while sitting... isn't it? (depending wich games)
    maybe 80's classic weren't

I really like those cabinets , it's the perfect candidate for a Mame machine ,

too bad I decided to dRop once more every project i had in hand,.

Thanks for everyone viewing & replying with help!!!

    i Really appreciate such gesture!!!

    Thanks!

I own 2 candy cabs right now (A Taito Egret and a Namco Cyberlead) and have previously owned 2 others (A Capcom Mini-Cute and a Super Neo 29) and must say that once you go the Japanese route, you'll never go back. If these were local I would pick up one, if not both, without even having to think about it. Good luck with the sale!

mrmark0673 thanks for the description of the games you have & had in the past

The egret is a KICK a** machine!!!
never seen or owned one , but it's very beautiful
you are very lucky! >can you post pics somewhere?

    I really would appreciate it.

Once you owned a BIG 25'' wooden USA cabinet and you decide to make the Move on buying a Japanese candy cab

I guess theres no turning back.

Unless you have a garage + shed + a large gameroom area , or you are simply a Crazy collector that swears only by buying the Real dedicated cabs for each game
    now i would understand.

    Remember that :

25'' american cabinets would weight : 450 pounds + beeing 6 feet tall & larger than 2 persons side by side.

I moved 1 cab after barely making it inside the house, i told myself No more ,
,i have to find an alternative & fast hehe

Japanese candy cabs : 29'' 200 pounds flush , beautiful design , easy moving , lifting , wheels in the back , easy to rotate monitors , easy to clean , easy to hack , basicly it's the best Hands on machine ever created .
    it makes things so easyer

Just to add on to that , i never seen a Astro city with water damage , plastic damage as bad as those wooden cabinets,

they were made in 1996 , all those cabs you see on pictures , sites , forums , they are always eye stunning.

Im always amazed to know those cabs were released in 1996 , and almost have all seen arcade route either in japan , usa , canada , or china , god knows ,

and they are all still eye stunning

    thats what good designing do

they were made good & strong , they still play good & strong ,

    Videogamerdaryll Thanks for the reply!

Amazing price, may you consider shipping if someone else makes the shipping arrangements? Here are some pics of my candy cabs:

    My Egret 29:

    from the front

with the lights off and marquee lit

    My Namco Cyberlead:

And the new 6 button CP with bubbletop sticks

    My old cabs starting with...
    My Capcom Mini-Cute:

My Super Neo 29 (before it shipped to my place)

I had a big red 4 slot as well, but you guys know what those look like so I won't post any pics.

Back to the thread, if ANYONE is in Sega_Naomi's general area and is looking for a cab, BUY THESE NOW! The price is incredible, I promise you that you won't find a better deal; elsewhere.

Goodluck on the sale, please let me know if you reconsider allowing for shipping.

    -Mark

    DAMN!
    those are amazing!!!

    you got the MINI!!!
Where where but where did you find??

    About shipping

I could but i don't know how to wrap a machine up.... if you have a compagny that takes the machine & wraps it afterwards or pallet it.

    or something i could

because i don't have access to pallets here
I could cartboard it & with plastic wrapping thats for sure...
    but besides that?

    let me know!

    yeah I feel you ,

i prefer someone who can come see them & try them , instead of shipping.

( i have learned my lesson before with some old 30-40 yr old jerks from Ontario in canada that didn't read the add correctly & still to this day pisses on me like a 4 yr old that lost his pacifier )
I then wonder why US people normally dont like dealing with canadians lol... (with those jerks around)

You got to love those jerks in the hobby , you know the ''I KNOW EVERYTHING'' type of people''

that always know someone with a better price than yours , , reply on your post to try to reduce your price as much as you can , so they basicly hi-jack everything you do just to put it at their advantage .

I made a Add on klov the other day the same 2 3 guys came to my post to make a warning on me , hahaha that's pure bullshit ,
    those guys needs Mental help

    hehe
the worst part is they have family to feed

so anyways i just hope to have them gone by the end of summer or else i really dunno what i will do

Just send me a pm if any of you are interested.

Candy cabs are really popular here. Every arcade has rows and rows of them. In fact, my girlfriend and I were playing Tetris on one this weekend!

I'd say South Korea according to his location ^^

Couldn't you ship those using a forwarding company, like via truck or something like that? We use it like that when cabs are being sold within Europe.

I just saw that Montreal is about 3700km from my future location, so private pickup seems to be almost impossible (except if I wanted to do a small Canada trip with a van ^^).
