Default So I just got a "ultra madness" st-key... wtf is it?

Found it flea marketing today. It's in perfect shape... whatever it is. Searching yeilds little but the mention of Sega Saturn.

    1) What's it do?
    2) Is it worth anything?

It lets you play imports. IIRC, it comes with a cartridge and a CD. You put both in, power up, swap discs, and play. Since the cartridge is only for bypassing the region lock, you need to use the Saturn's internal memory to save and move your saves back and forth from a backup RAM cart. It's a pain in the ass. Got basic soldering skills? Want to play imports? Do a jumper mod.

It can be a pain (especially considering half the time mine wouldn't work at all) I eventually upgraded to a 4in1 cart (ram expansion, imports, saves, codes) much better and worth the 20-30 bucks

It is nothing more than a standard import bypass cartridge to allow import games to be played on a standard Saturn. I have it along with the version that supports 1M and 4M expansion RAM needed for the SNK and later Capcom fighters, among others.

BTW, there was never a disc that came with the cartridge, imo.
