I used to like Angry Nintendo Nerd back when that was what he called himself. I'm tired of him now, though. I met a girl at...a thing...somewhere far away...and she told me she reviews games on youtube. I checked out a couple of her videos and she was pretty cool. Can't remember the name, though. Mother was her fav series if that helps.

Chalk one up here for Spoonyone. His reviews are smart and interesting, and since he covers FMV games, it's not reviews that have been done a million times before.

I just watched a couple of his FMV reviews the other day. He is good. He's a funny guy...I enjoyed it.

My personal favourite is Dr. Ashens (yes, he is a real doctor by the way), as he is a less sweary Zero Punctuation.

Doesn't review many retro games, but basically old tat.

My favorite reviewer is "The Fatt Mann Judgeth" He isn't a serious reviewer though. He only reviews crappy games like Fantasia, Batman, and Indiana Jones for the Genesis. However, he makes it really funny.

I only watch a few. Usually just the AVGNs, the Happy Video Game Nerd's, Still Gaming's (Sashanein), and Awesome Video Games. All do really different things and I usually just buy classic games on an impulse.

I'm not really much of a ranter/raver but I make documentary style reviews with indie music (which can be a HUGE turnoff if you're not a fan of that type of music)

Top Ten Neglected NES games: Number Eight

This is just number 8 of the list (the one I think has the most user-friendly music) but there's also a two-part intro that talks about the history of neglected games on the NES and a 4 part segment on Wing Commander in progress. Actually, I recently got an e-mail from a software engineer from WC1 and 2 talking about how much he liked the vids and he stuck them on his blog. I guess I'd better finish that one then! : )

It's about a really old game (Prehistoric Safari, Magnavox Odyssey - 1972), and it's more of a demo than a review...but it's there!

The others are kind of lame without supporting blog commentary but it was an easy way to post blog related videos.

So, what are people's thoughts on the irate gamer? Personally I watch his stuff but find he's a total douche. I mean, there are AVGN ripoffs, but this guy is like a total clone, just not as good.
