No, sorry, I meant Star Ocean: The Second Story for the original playstation.
Neither the NTSC version nor the PAL version of Star Ocean 2 is cheap or common, though there is a bit of a price difference between the two... The NTSC version seems to be going for around $40 or so, while the PAL version would normally be closer to $60-$70.

That's the third Star Ocean. The US didn't get the first one which was for the Super Famicom.
And yeah, you should definitely get Second Story. It's one of the best rpgs I've ever played.
