Default Painting a Saturn memory cart

Okay, I know nothing about painting plastic. All I know is that different kinds of plastic need different kinds of paint. I'm wanting to paint my Japanese Saturn memory cart, as it looks butt ugly in my American Saturn. What's the best kind of paint to use? I want to be able to put a (sticky, obviously) label on it afterwards.

    Thanks!

(And sorry if this has been asked umpteen-million times.)

Krylon spray paint for plastic is commonly recommended:
