SNES Jr/2 Tab Removal Mod

Hi I just got a US SNES Jr and wanted to mod it without breaking any of the casing so that it could play my Super Famicon games.

BTW it's not a great mod but it seems to do the job.

thats a good creative mod.....Maybe a little bit of epoxy or hot glue could be better than the tape though....

I did consider glue but was worried that I might damage the inside of the casing. Where as the tape should just peal of easily.

I found this mod on You Tube before seeing it here. I have done this mod and am very pleased with the results. I didn't want to break the tabs on the system.

Can you do this mod on the regular SNES?
