A loose working famicom would be tough to come by for $40. Especially with all hookups and a few games.

You'd probably expect to pay $65 for an original and $80 for an AV famicom. That doesn't usually include any games or shipping costs either. These are also prices from Japan.

I order quite a bit of stuff from Japan each month, I could always track one down for you. PM me if intersted.
