Eggerland Meikyuu No-Fukkat (famicom Lolo) help needed.

OK, I'm playing Eggerland Meikyuu No-Fukkat, aka Lolo 4 for the famicom, and I'm hopelessly stuck in a level where you apperntly need to create a block or something. It goes like this... where the Hammer, Bridge, and Arrow Changer items are located, there is a frame with a question mark next to it... what does this mean, and how do I use it?

BTW, to describe the game, it's fanatastic thus far... a mix of old Lolo puzzles with clever new ones and instead of beating one level and then moving on to the next, the entire game is one giant dungeon, and when you walk through a door, it scrolls over to the next level ala Zelda. Neat. But I'm stuck.

Doubt: I'm on hte final stage of the game and there's this level...

One only heart, one dragon near it, so when you collect the heart the dragon fires you.

There's some kind of trick about this level... I just don't know...
