Question ok wanting some light info on ps long boxes

I was going to put this in whats it worth but I'm asking for other info too. Right now I'm still not collecting disk games but I have finally figured out that I should pick up cheap ones. If your wondering, yes I play disk games all the time but until now I've always been very apposed to collecting them for some reason. Anyway I'm interested in info on ps long boxes. I'm going to go do some research right now but would like at least some general info and price info. I picked up one the other day and am thinking about getting more. Any tips or comments.

This site is pretty much the definitive source of info on the subject.

I can tell you're not big on disc-based game collecting since you call them disks instead

disc and disk are both proper spellings actually. i remember this one old IBM manual that came with my IBM XT that couldn't make up its mind every time they used the word they would switch to the other spelling.
For lucky best wash, use Mr. Sparkle.

I'm not really sure what you're looking for, but take extra care of the plastics as they break really, really easily if you don't take care of them and you'll find some in the wild that have mutilated. The Playstation went through a solid carboard longbox design and then the plastic before going to the CD-sized jewel variation. I won't waste too much time because I'm almost positive there are already threads about longboxes on this very forum, but last time I looked, longboxes such as The Raiden Project, Resident Evil, Twisted Metal and Discworld were doing quite well in eBay sales. It's become a quite a niche collector target and more and more people are becoming interested in it.

When i get more room I'll dive into the set bur think I'm going to hold off for now.

I generally use "disk" for floppies (5.25") and "disc" for CD/DVD games...
