You'd check your voltages with a multimeter. If you don't have one, you can pick one up at your local electronics supply shop. Protek makes a nice one for around $60 or so. I don't have the exact model #, but I could get it for you. If you are very unfamiliar around electricity, please be very careful, there are dangerous things to touch in there if you don't know what you're doing. One of the guys who's been around here longer that I could probably post a link to a couple of basic threads of what to do and more importantly, what NOT to do while working on an arcade machine.
