Halo 2 Master Chief Statue Signed by Bungie Staff

I have a friend who attended a Halo 2 launch party that Bungie was holding in Seattle, back in 2004...and he won a Master Chief statue there (one of those 3 1/2 ft. tall ones). The thing about this particular statue though, is it was signed by the main staff of Bungie Studios (Apparently, only three of these statues in existence are signed...including my friend's). He recently got into some financial trouble, and wants me to sell the statue for him on Ebay. I was just wondering if anyone here knows what it might be worth. I do not have any pictures of it at this time (he's going to take some and give them to me within the next few days). Here is a picture I found of one of the other statues that was signed:




Even though this is not my friend's statue in the pic, it's the same thing. He has taken incredibly good care of it, and it is in brand new condition. So my question is, how much do you think I could get for this on Ebay? Non signed statues only seem to fetch around $200.

It's hard to say on something like that because like you said there are only 3 of them. If an unsigned one goes for 200 I would try to get 500 for it. Maybe he can get lucky.

They seem to go for alot of money prior to a release of a halo game. Now that halo 3 is out just like the game prices the need dies and it becomes a collectors exclusive so the pool isn't as vast. Timing is key. Great statue worth money.
