Hooking older game systems to newer television sets

I've got a bit of a dilemma here. As you know, I purchased a Bally Astrocade last week, and I wanted a chance to try it out. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to connect it to my television set, which only has a coaxial cable port. What do I do to resolve this problem? What kind of adapter will I need, and how much will it cost?

I believe that you will require a 75 ohm to 300 ohm converter. One end has two screws for clamping your leads, and the other end is a male coax plug. I use one of these suckers, but for the reverse reason--I need to hook a coax RF cable into a Bronze Age television.

Should be a couple of bucks.

If your using one of those old generic TV/Game switchboxes, you'll require a 300 to 75 ohm adapter. But radio shack sells them now with both the VHF and Coaxial type cords on it for about $7.

What kind of plug is on the end of the game cord, probably an RCA style plug-in type? I bought a RCA-to-coaxial adapter (gold plated even) for $2 at Radio Shack. I use it in place of the crappy RF converter for Intellivision, Odyssey 2, NES, SNES, Genesis, etc.
