    Default Nintendo 64 Cart Problems

    So I ordered mischief makers and the game,just wont turn on,ive tried cleaning it,cleaning the n64 connector which btw certain audio clips in everygame i have make an odd static sound....maybe my n64 has a short,but anyway,all other games work in the n64,this one dosent for some odd reason,i also switched the jumper and expansion packs out and nope dint work as well, do i have a dead cartrage?

    sounds like a possibility. have you opened the cart just to take a look inside. ive had several nes games before that had crap piled up inside the cart cleaning the unexposed pcb inside the cart brought them back to life. if you dont have the nintendo screw driver might i suggest making one out of a melted pen tube .
