You mean everything (plus variants) from that era? There's quite a bit more...

In addition to what's already said:

    Genesis 2 and 3
    SNES 2
    Sega CDX
    JVC X'Eye

It's not "intense" until you own a ColecoVision, Intellivision and Saturn at the very least. I'd also add Vectrex, Sega CD, and either a Jaguar or 3DO to round things out. Then you might be able to call your collection "intense".

I think my console collection is pretty INTENSE!1 and I don't have any of those things (well at least I'm not sure that the Saturn works :C )

I make up for my lack of a Colecovision and Inty by having a Tandy CoCo and an SC-3000

Sorry Sir, but indeed Joe is right. You're collection is NOT intense, unless you intensify it with intellivision.

no hardware collection is intense until you own a Magnavox Odyssey + the '73 software range (WIN, Interplanetary Voyage, Brainwave, Basketball)

Do you actually own all of those? I'm extremely jealous, if so.

As for Player-2's List, HOLY CRAP! I actually thought my collection of 8 different atari systems was nice, but now I know it aint shit.
Always looking to expand my Atari collection, Odyssey and etc. ESPECIALLY looking to add to my Masters of the Universe Collection See here:http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y63/Igorr/

Aside from the minor difference stuff, I realize that I actually have most of that list. Heck I've even got a backlit Game.com pocket pro. And two Microvisions. And I've got far more computers than are in that small list.

    Yup, guess I'm a loon.

complete list of every console in USA

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have put together my collection list of every gaming consoles I own (and variants) made and released for the USA market from the last century....1972 to 2000ish. This list includes gaming consoles and handhelds (that can play different games)...plus variants.
No dedicated machines were included except pong....cause it's pong.
I have left some of the "computer consoles" and most computer variants out. The list is mainly for gaming consoles, but I know it can be a fine line.
And no color variations for newer consoles.
Can you see anything I am missing? I want to make sure my collection is complete. Hope this list will be handy for other collectors!

Basic Criteria: was the console mostly designed to play an interchangeable game?
