I don't know why you ask other people for help on here w/ your boxes when you won't help anyone else. It seems pretty selfish to me.

Are you looking to sell the boxes or just make the stuff available so other people can print them? I'm interested in the Star Ocean one, one way or another, since I just traded for a repro of it.

When I can help someone on the cardmooding to achieve a cartridge I can help but on the sharing I give to close friends and the person who helps me on my projects.

But I do not give my scans to people That I know not.

Yes, I make repro boxes. I will gladly make boxes for whatever you'd like. Star Ocean would look exactly like the one pictured.

My point was, the people on here are helping you make these boxes by translating for you. You flat out ask people to help you make them. Don't ask for people to help you make boxes you aren't going to share with them.

I'm not even sure why you say this considering you HAVE posted scans of boxes and manuals in this very topic. But that's fine. There's a topic buried in here somewhere I'm going to have to resurrect when I finally finish working on some of these boxes. Hopefully other people will follow my example and share their work instead of worrying about what people will do with them.

    This is a fantastic topic!

I was wondering if there was any place that supplied cart label templates? I would love to be able to open something in gimp and put my own artistic spin on things. I haven't seen much for Genesis beyond repro box art over at the cover project.

But it is necessary to stop.

I explained why I do not want to share my scans, I forced nobody to help me and people are free to help me or not.

I understand that it do not please you But if you would be on my place, you would understand my position.
To realize one box or a manual set a lot of time

Now if you would have make a search(research) on Web, you would have found that

It is the false debate which you try to throw Because I am not the only one to make that.

About putting the EPROM in the cart: is that process different for each game?
Some pictures have lots of wires and some have just a few.

I know there are different types of SNES carts (lorom, hirom), but does the process vary more than that?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

A friend and I are making boxes and manuals of Super Nintendo games that were never released (translated japan games, hacks, homebrew etc…). These boxes and booklets are made for cartmoding works.

We are looking for someone who can translate japanese language to English (or French) in order to make manuals for the following games :

    -Ganpuru - Gunman's Proof
    -Live-a-Live
    -Rudra no Hihou
    -Front Mission
    -Bahamut Lagoon
    -Dragon Quest III
    -Dragon Quest VI
    -Star Ocean
    -Megaman & Bass
    -Wonder Project J

The translator will be rewarded of a printed english version of the translated manual and of a printable file of the box.

You can watch our complete work here :

I realized only cartmood in Pal version.

I imagine that you want them in US version?
For those that I presented I could not reproduce them in US version

PAL SNES games work on a English console if you cut the tabs off english snes console so the cart will fit? That is how I play japanese snes games. Also, you can use a game genie as a passthrough cartridge. On some of the later games I might need a switch to slow the game down.

So do you sell these? I would like to buy a few. Mainly final fantasy iv and v. And seiken densetsu 3 and quite a few others. Please PM me and let me know about pricing and such.

no, PAL games do not work on a US system like that, you have to have a separate mod for the 50/60 Hz differences.

also, final fantasy iv was released in the US, it's just titled final fantasy II

Yeah, but fanboys want to have a repro of FFIV with fan retranslation. IMO, it sucks.

BTW Kogami, where did You buy JAP Ganman's Proof?

Yeah, that why I mentioned I needed a switch to slow the games down. There were 2 versions of Final Fantasy IV released in Japan. Easy Type and Hard Type. Here in the states we got the easy version. The hard type is obviesly harder, and there is something about some "pink tail" you can aquire in the game. Definately was not released here.

I have never bought this game in Japanese
I known this game by the cartmood And I realized him with a Fifa 97 ^^

For this story of 50 / 60hz it is the Rom whom we use which determines it
That we take a pcb Pal or NTSC it's returns to the same Will need a simple Adaptator AD-29 or a Snes Switcher.
