My NES system is buzzing when I plug it into my composite plugs. Anyone know why? I'm using a universal transformer with a lower amp rating than what the NES is supposed to have.

The NES is buzzing or it's making a buzzing noise come out of the TV? The buzzing out of the TV is usually interference on the cables. The buzzing of the NES is the power of SATAN.
It's coming out of the TV. I would be even more worried with the noise coming out of the NES. However there's nothing else on and all the other stuff doesn't buzz. BTW it's going into my 50 inch LCD so I don't think it's a big deal.
I had a problem with my NES years ago and it turned out that I had poor quality AV cables. Try different AV cables until the buzzing goes away.
Didn't help. I tried another set of cables and it didn't do anything.
ok....Let's see...
You need to get yourself an official NES power supply or at least a compatible one, such as those advertised on the bay (3rd-party brand, usually 3 in 1...)...It sounds like the NES is not liking the power current of the universal adapter....This most likely will fix your problem.
