Sunsoft "Looney Tunes HOOP IT UP" t-shirt to promote SNES game.
Yes this is not BS. The game originally had that name during development and when they showed a 80% finished version at Summer CES 1994, a basketball organization called "Hoop It Up" paid Sunsoft a visit and threatened to sue if they continued with that name. So they stopped giving away the t-shirts, and even asked for them back from employees so they could destroy them.
The game was renamed "Looney Tunes BBall" and published by Acclaim in 1995.
I know all this because I am an ex-employee of Sunsoft of America!
I have other stuff from that era, and from Sunsoft, like flyers. Is there any demand for this stuff? Please let me know.
Thanks for looking
