Default Lego Batman Morphs Into Animated Series

I've yet to play this game but apparently it's so highly thought of by it's creators that it will become an animated series: http://www.gameinformer.com/NR/exere...dbd2c4db8c.htm

    Your thoughts?

I've watched a few vids from the game and it looks awesome.
No idea about the quality of the cartoon, but hopefully it will get TT more cash to make more kickass games

Yeah, that one rocked! I remember the other animated batman series too.
Really enjoyed it as a kid, but watching the intro now makes me realise it would probably suck if i watched it today.

Yep, The New Adventures of Batman, around 1977-78. I watched the heck out of that as a little kid, and I remember thinking Batmite was cool and Batgirl was hot. I also thought Clayface was a cool villain. Several years later, when I saw a picture of Batmite in Who's Who, I realized that he looked totally different--in the comics, he was a little man, but in the cartoon, he was some sort of creature.

A couple years back, I finally found someone selling DVD-Rs of that series (which have since had an official release), and I happily bought them, and watched a few episodes. Let me just confirm Krook's suspicions and say they were right on the money--the show really annoyed the hell out of me. I couldn't remember it being so bad. I do like that Filmation animation style, but what kills me is the annoying background music which loops over and over, ad nauseum, and is actually louder than the characters' voices, drowning them out. The episodes seem to go on for about 15 minutes too long. And I hate Batmite. Batgirl is still hot, though.

The early 90s Batman: The Animated Series FTW.
