Well it looks like Ryu Hayabusa won't be collecting chocobos in the next Ninja Gaiden title after all. Tecmo has passed on the Square Enix merger and is pursuing another one with Koei: http://www.gamedaily.com/articles/ne...isition/?biz=1

I personally am not a fan of Koei or their Dynasty Warrior series, but I am a huge fan of Team Ninja. Hopefully they keep all their properties seperate. Just thinking about a Dynasty Warrior esque Ninja Gaiden game in the vain of Ninety Nine Nights makes me cringe
