I think its got a few cool songs like mr bassman and night of fire I just think it needs more songs and harder steps.

I've got it, it's the only DDR home game I have actually...and it's pretty fun. As I am officially the Whitest Guy In America...I do occasionally get my ass handed to me on Macho Duck (either 2 or 3 stars I believe...)...that's embarrassing...

I haven't played it in a while though...should bust it out tomorrow...

I finally broke this out again and gave it another go. A few things.

1. I need to get my pad hooked up to some wood like you guys suggest...I was noticing some slippage.

2. I get too much into a "marching" and "stay near the center" mindset...and in certain songs I was on the wrong foot because I don't move around as I probably should...

3. I finally beat 3 star songs!!! Mind you, they were with a D, B, and E... :/

4. I need to get a better pad, my cheapo one is pretty inaccurate (I feel, could just be that I stink).

5. I tried "It's A Small World (Hardcore Duckling Mix)"...lasted about 12 seconds...

Need to invest in a different game though...these Disney songs are getting on my nerves.

We recently got it at our house.

One rule. At no time shall either of the "Small World" songs be played. Things will get broken and people will get hurt.

Someone was playing that song at the Philly Classic and I had to walk into the arcade to drown out the song before the uncontrollable insanity swept over me.

I've got rid of the Disney Mascot race game on the Dreamcast because that song was in it.

Other than those two songs, DDR Disney is fun. It never "boo"s the kids and its songs they recognize. On of our favorites is "The Twist".

It's that song. It gets in your head. It roooolllss around and stays their. Demon children singing. There has to backward masking or something in it. It says things. Baaad things. It is evil I tell you EEEVVVIIILLL !!!! >)

I swear if I had a child with me when I rode that ride in Disneyland I would have drowned them. I haven't been right since.

As long I can't hear the song, no one gets hurt...

Maybe I wasn't meant to play DDR...how much for Guitar Freaks stuff (and of course whatever hoops I'd need to jump through to play them on my PS2)???

www.japanvideogames.com has the latest (and apparently the last) home release of Guitar Freaks & Drummania (4th + 3rd) along with controllers for both games. And Japanese PS2s for sale. I bought a JPS2 instead of modding my US PS2 so you'll have to ask somebody else about that.
