Step 1-Learn English fluently and write it in such a fashion.
Step 2-Build a reputation by posting, buying, and selling on these or other forums.
Step 3-Charge for your services. If you still want to remain free, provide a lot more information as to what makes you able to do that.
Your process looks something more like this:
Step 1-Make outrageous claim
Step 2-Provide a single, more than likely fake reference
Step 3-Continue a pointless argument
If you are legitimate and serious about this, provide proof. More importantly, use a spellchecker. I hate to doubt people, but I've been burned on something like this before and you are setting off big red flags all over the place.

I'm not trying to be rude, but your first venture is to practice language skills. This is very important, specially in the business world.
You don't need to be an authorized center...you can do any repairs by yourself. As long as you establish yourself as a trustworthy individual, there will be a bright future ahead.
Also, it helps having an educational background (though to be honest, I've known individuals who don't have a degree that are better engineers than those with en educational background...).

I think you need to prove yourself worthy of repair services first though.
Let me quiz you. Sega Genesis model 1, early revisions with NMOS package CPU and external YM2612 synth. Sound has some loud buzz, and picture has light greyish bands moving up/down the picture.
What would the most common cause of this be? I know the answer because I can reproduce this easily.
