The picture link didn't quite work. Does that Multigame adapter do 1M and 4M?(or whatever the memory is on certain japanese games)

It didn't work when you first posted it. It works now.
i got the multi-adapter in a trade, i believe it will < not-sure> whatever the memory is on certain japanese games, i dont know nothing about it.......
a member here send me info on the "multi-cart" sega saturn
there was no extra RAM cart. It's just a basic region free cart.
