I got the Super Nintendo yesterday at Goodwill for $9.99, there is no yellowing on it what so ever.
The Atari 2600 I also got yesterday from Value Village for 19.99, came with 3 controllers. The Atari was so dirty I had to take a picture of it before and after. The inside of the Atari was disgusting...all this unknown brown stuff...looked like a battery exploded inside of it. Found a few little spiders inside of it also. Took awhile to get everything cleaned.
The Intellivision I got for $50, got marked down from $100 at my local thrift store (If it doesn't sell within 2 weeks, its half off) came with 36 games and the organizer.
Final Fantasy 8 was $5 totally mint.
Today I also bought Mega Man 2 and Mega Man 3 for the NES from a pawn shop for $5 a piece.
Also picked up 5 Atari 2600 games for $2 a piece, nothing to amazing just commons.
If anybody is curious, I uploaded pictures of the Atari before and after I cleaned it. Just click this link.

I found SNATCHER for SEGA CD at Goodwill in Houston, today. Case and manual in great condition.
No disc, though. Talk about a high turning into a low.
I asked if they might know what happened, but they said what I already knew - it had been stolen. What frustrates me is that someone would steal a disc to avoid paying $2.99 for a complete copy of Snatcher. I asked if I could keep the case and they said sure.
So free Snatcher case and manual (glass half full)!
Responded to a Craigslist ad:
$50 for everything, including the N64 cords, a rumble pack, and two memory cards. But finally, at long last, OGRE BATTLE 64!!! I am sooooo happy to have finally found one! With manual even! Let me tell you, they are in immaculate condition. This is only the second OB I have seen in the wild, the first was at a GameStop and in pretty crappy condition. So with this and THPS, I now only need THPS3 and I will have my entire want list of US N64 games!

I hate that. Half of the cases in my Goodwill seem to be empty. I can just picture the types of people who steal the discs too, and I want to punch them in the face. I'd bet money that whoever stole that Snatcher doesn't even have a Sega CD, they just saw it was a game and decided to steal it. It's Goodwill people! If you absolutely have to steal something go to Walmart, leave Goodwill alone.
I normally don't report on what I pick up at GameStop but I was surprised on my lunch break the other day when I walked in and found 2 Wavebirds. They aren't uncommon or anything but they normally don't last when they are in the stores either so I was pretty happy. Also, I picked up a copy of Mobile Light Force 2 which I couldn't find for some reason for a little while even though it is just a $4 game.
Ataris are easy to get looking new as long as they're not truly beat up. You can just take out the insides and drop both halves of the shell in the sink like a load of dishes. After some quality time in the warm soapy water and some TLC from a toothbrush, those puppies will look like you just pulled them from the box. A little packing tape and card stock over the serial number will save that gem as well. For anything else that's not so sink friendly, Windex has always been my savior.
For just one example (and man, do I wish I had taken before and after pictures as you had) my manager gave me a couple of Atari 2600s that were just dirty as hell. One of them was a Vader but I didn't find that out until after I washed all the dirt off the thing - I'm not kidding. Now they both sit proudly and seriously get complimented on being the nicest Ataris some people have ever seen.
Yesterday's finds:
NES:
Super Mario Bros. 2 (w/cart sleeve) - $3.99 at Goodwill
PS2:
Fatal Fury Battle Archives Vol. 1 (new)
Mojo! (new)
$1.58 each at Fred Meyer.
I got a complete Japanese copy of Biohazard Zero and RockMan EXE 2 a couple of days ago through a U.S. seller on eBay.
They are nice and mint, except Biohazard Zero does not have the bonus GC memory card...
In all, it ran me about twelve-something.
In Heaven, everything is fine.
Stuff I picked up last week to today
Got Sega CD games bundle for $30 from Craiglists. I got the gun controller long with the games.
Wing Commander IV - $2
Final Fantasy IV - $25
Yggdra Union - $31.50
Sacred - $5
Megaman ZX Advert - $10
Megaman 5 - $10
Samurai Warrior 2: Xtreme Legends - $7
Silent Hill Origin - $15
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles - $20
Nintendog: Best Friend - $16
Little Nicky - $2.50
Kids Card - $0.89
Iridion II - $2.50
Iridion 3d - $2.50
Since the Nintendog only comes with flimsy paper cover, I placed it in my extra DS cover.

decent morning at garage sales and a couple thrifts.
DDR and Time Crisis were marked 3 each and I got them for 5. Unlimited Saga and PSO were marked $8 each, and I paid 5 each and also bought BeyBlade for a dollar. Not sure why I got it other than it is mint and, well, it was only a buck. Nunchuck was $5 at a GW, and Sonic I also only got because it is mint, CIB, and was 1.80.
Was kind of bummed that a TI-83+ I picked up doesn't work, but it was at GW, so I can return it (unless someone here wants it for 10 shipped).
Super Mario 2 (NES, cart and sleeve) $2 at a local media shop

Garage Sales
I actually wasn't going to go hunting today but my Dad wanted to go,
My $57.00 Haul..
The first house I hit
Got this Box of N64 stuff $10.00..
I actually stepped away from it to look at something else and a guy with his kids looked through it,opened the topsof the N64s to see the ram chip..I thought I lost out but then they left.
What was in the Box..
Box Also contained... change, box of nails and silverware..
Then bought this stuff for $7.00(Son loves Star Wars)
b]Next Place I found this "Mystery"box ..[/b]
So I yank out the SNES..(NICE) and the guy starts sorting the games and systems out on a table neatly....
I ask,"do you have the wires for it,it's connections?"..He says yes,in tha box...
How much?
He says'$10.00 for the SNES (with it's hook ups)..$2.00 per game..Cool,so I grab Super Mario World and I'm up to $12.00
His wife tries to help to get out the connections but is fighting with the PS controllers tangled up..I tell her that they are for the Playstation and explan what is what in the box per system.
The stuff was so tangled that she gave up and her husband says"I'll make you a deal,Give me $20.00 and take everything"
Sweeet!!!..
So we pile it all back into the bin QUICK,pay the $20.00 and I'm off..
With the Systems and some games out.(mess of tangled wires)
